engineered to achieve an outstanding *50kph wind rating. (Umbrella canopy must be in the fully open
horizontal position -not on any tilt, and the mast securely bolted down onto a solid base.)

The vertical gas lift takes the canopy from fully closed to fully open with no winding, pullys or ropes.
The gas assisted pulling down of the canopy takes the canopy from fully open to fully closed just as easily.
The track only locks the canopy in both the open or closed position.

As it is 100% solution-dyed acrylic fabric, it is the best outdoor fabric in existance for fade resistance and durability. It is also the easiest fabric to keep clean.
Installation
The Siena can either be bolted down onto a concrete base or be mounted onto an optional inground base.
When mounting the umbrella on a contrete foundation, the 25cm round fange, on the bottom of the mast must be bolted down onto a concrete base / foundation. Secure in pre-drilled holes in the concrete foundation and bolt down thru the 4 x10mm diam countersunk holes on the fange. Secure mast with 4x 10x100mm long dynabolts or contrete screws with countersunk heads (to purchase seperately)
When mounting and securing the umbrella onto an inground base, (to be purchase separately) the inground base needs to be sunk into a wet concrete foundation, with the flange plate just above the level of concrete.
