Also features SunShield¨ to prevent chlorine breakdown from the sunÕs damaging UV rays, and SmartGuard technology for controlled dissolving rate when the pump is off. Designed for pool owners who have little time to take care of their pool, they are slow dissolving and tightly compressed meaning they last twice as long as ordinary trichlor chlorinating sticks.
