To enjoy your furniture for years to come, we strongly advise placing your new table under cover and not in direct sunlight to maintain the colour and pattern for years to come.
Tables only to be cleaned with soapy water on a soft cloth, as surface can scratch.
Care must be taken when moving the table, by lifting and not dragging the table.
The Ellis Outdoor Furniture collection is engineered to endure the demanding Australian outdoor climate. To maximise the longevity of your furniture, it is advisable to store items under cover whenever possible, particularly to shield them from prolonged exposure to intense sunlight.
Extending the lifespan of your furniture can be achieved by minimising its direct exposure to harmful UV rays, inclement weather, and extreme heat. If storage is not practical, utilising durable furniture covers is highly recommended.
When repositioning tables, always lift rather than drag to prevent damage. After rainfall, promptly remove excess water from flat surfaces and facilitate air circulation to avoid condensation.
For tabletops, we recommend immediate cleaning of spills and stains using a clean cloth.

Care Instructions

Steel Products:
Iron or steel frames are susceptible to rust if their protective coating is compromised or if exposed to high humidity, especially near saltwater environments. Avoid abrasive brushes or scrubbing tools during cleaning to preserve the surface integrity.
Faux Stone or GRC (Glass Reinforced Concrete):
Avoid abrasive cleaning methods such as hard-bristled brushes. Clean using wash-and-wax car polish or warm soapy water and let dry naturally. When repositioning, lift tables rather than drag to prevent damage. Post-rainfall, wipe off standing water and ensure proper ventilation to reduce condensation. Promptly address spills with a clean cloth.
