Bake delicious, thick, crispy Detroit-style pizza in the Ooni Detroit-Style Pizza Pan.

This product comes in two sizes:

Small 24cm x 16cm (9″ x 6″) – compatible with all Ooni ovens
Medium 32cm x 24cm (13″ x 10″) – compatible with Fyra 12, Koda 16, Karu 12, Karu 12G, Karu 16, Karu 2 Pro, Koda 2 Max, Koda 2, Koda 2 Pro, Volt 12 and Volt 2

Note: The Medium pan is not compatible with Ooni Koda 12.

Important

Allow the pan to cool down before washing. Not dishwasher safe. Use a non-abrasive cleaner with a mild detergent and pat it dry after every wash. Use lukewarm water to clean the pan. Avoid high-temperature washing.

Do not use the Ooni Detroit-style pizza pan at temperatures above 370 °C/700 °F. Do not expose the pan to direct flame. This will cause discolouration and/or warping.
